Almost all herbs are deer-resistant. In our experience, most any plant that carries a strong fragrance will be avoided by deer and other garden molesting critters.

The plants listed below all have some characteristic, either due to scent, flavor or possible medicinal use, that causes people to consider it an herb. It's amazing that so vague a term can still be so useful.
