|
Blue elderberry is a large shrub to 15 feet with small white clustered flowers in mid summer turning into showy cascades of blue berries in fall. Drought tolerant once established. The berries make excellent jams, jellies, and wines, but you should strain out the seeds as they can be somewhat toxic. |
